Chairman of board of Waffle House restaurant chain Joe Rogers hit with lawsuit charging he is serial sexual harasser.

The chairman of the board of the Waffle House restaurant chain, based in Georgia, has been hit with a lawsuit charging he is a serial sexual harasser.

In a lawsuit filed in Cobb County, Joe Rogers' former personal assistant says she was the victim of 100 or more incidents and that he went after other women as well, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. Her lawyer, David Cohen, said Rogers has a "pattern of sexual harassment and abuse."

Rogers' lawyers asked a court Wednesday to compel the plaintiff's lawyers to name the other women he allegedly harassed. The newspaper did not identity the plaintiff because of the nature of the case.

Rogers sued the woman in September, saying she was trying to extort money from him, threatening to release videotapes of the two of them having sex unless he handed over millions of dollars. The two complaints were unsealed Wednesday.

In his lawsuit, Rogers says he and the woman had a consensual affair and that she often initiated sex acts.
